摘　　要：高炉进风装置是高炉进风系统重要的组成部分,长期处在高温高压环境中工作,故障率较高。针对高炉进风装置的故障类型及其产生的原因进行分析,对高炉进风装置的故障处理与制作提出新思路。BF blast device which is always in high temperature and pressure situation is the very important part of blast system, it has had a high fauh ratio in the past. This paper gives the new way to manufacture a new device and deal with its fauh by analyzing the fauh type and its producing cause.
