参麦注射液对家兔自主循环复苏后心肌肌钙蛋白T的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参麦注射液对家兔心肺复苏后血清心肌肌钙蛋白 T(cTnT)和心肌组织内 cTnT 脱失的影响,探讨其对心肌保护作用的机制。方法采用家兔缺氧型模型,随机分两组,心肺复苏前后分时间点分别注射参麦注射液、生理盐水,抽取动脉血,测血清 cTnT 值;自主循环恢复后4 h 取心肌组织,应用免疫组化 LSAB 法显色观察 cTnT 表达的脱失情况。结果两组自主循环恢复后血清 cTnT 均升高,但对应时间点比较无显著性差异;参麦组自主循环恢复后4 h 心肌组织内 cTnT 表达部分脱失,对照组明显脱失,两组比较存在显著性差异。结论家兔心肺复苏后血清 cTnT 明显升高,参麦注射液对血清 cTnT 升高无明显抑制作用,对心肌组织内 cTnT 的脱失有明显抑制作用,说明参麦注射液对心肌损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective To oserve the loss of cardiac truponin T（cTnT） and in serum after treatment of shenmai injection, and to explore the mechanism of shenmai protecting the myocardium. Methods Rabbit models of hypoxic cardiac arrest （CA） were made, randomly divided into 2 groups including the shenmai group and the control group,the concentration of serum cTnT in arterial blood was tested at set intervals before and after autonomous circulatory resuscitation （ACR） was performed. The rabbit models were sacrificed 4 h after ACR and myocardium were prepared for immunostain（LSAB） to detect the loss of the expression of cTnT. Results After autonomous circulatory resuscitation of all the rabbit models, the serous cTnT of the both groups ruse, however there was no great difference in the according values during the different phases between the two groups. 4 h after ACR ,the expre sion of cTnT of the shenmai group was at partial loss and the one of the control group was at obvious loss. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the loss of the expression of cT- nT. Conclusion The cTnT ascended obviously after the autonomous circulatory resuscitation of the rabbit,the shenmai injectiion had the action to restrain the depletion of cTnT while the cTnT in serum didn＇ t rise distinctly, accordingly shenmai injection had certain action to protect the myocardium.
