摘  要:为了更好地解决水库社会评价指标的多层次、多目标性以及量化难问题,研究了以模糊综合评价与层次分析法和德尔菲法耦合方法对水库进行社会评价的可行性。工程应用结果表明:该方法得出的综合决策值为69.7分,与白石水库实际运行情况基本吻合,由此说明该方法应用于水库的社会评价中比较合理,具有一定的推广应用价值。The social benefit of a reservoir is massive, and its influence is great. In order to solve the problems of its assessment indices which are of multi-levels and multi-purposes, and its quantification which is hard to deal with, this paper discusses the feasibility of applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, coupling AHP and Delphi method. The application of the water conservancy project indicates that the comprehensive value is 69.7 with the mooted, identical to the running condition of Baishi Reservoir. We conclude that the method is proper to apply to the social assessment of reservoir, and it is worth popularizing and applying in different reservoir social assessments.
