摘  要:为探究EGF在不同年龄组单侧肾切除后留存肾代偿早期过程中的作用,用放射受体法分析60只青年和32只老年雄性Wistar大鼠肾切除术后1、3、7、14天留存肾组织、血清及尿液EGF含量及其与留存肾代偿程度的关系。结果:两年龄组留存肾均发生代偿性增大,以青年组更为明显。肾代偿过程中留存肾组织EGF增加,尿液EGF含量下降,均以青年组为明显。血清EGF含量无改变。结论:EGF是肾代偿性生长的重要促进因子之一,留存肾中EGF的增加可能是肾自分泌增加及尿排泄减少的共同结果。老年肾代偿不良可能与代偿肾EGF不足有关。To investigate the role of EGF in the early stage of age differentiated compensatory renal hypertrophy (CRH) following unilateral nephrectomy, binding assay was established for measuring the active EGF content in sera, renal tissues and urine of 60 young (8 weeks of age) and 32 old (20 months of age) male Wistar rats,both before unilateral nephrectomy and 1,3,7 and 14 days after the nephrectomy or the sham operation. On the 14th day after nephrectomy, the remaining kidney wet weight in the young and the old group increased from baseline by 53% and 14% respectively .CRH following unilateral nephrectomy is associated with increased active EGF content and decreased urine EGF excretion, being not associated with changes of serum EGF content in the early stage. The degree of EGF alteration in kidney tissue and urine excretion is associated with the age differentiated degree of CRH.The result suggests that EGF plays an important role in CRH and EGF increase in renal tissue after unilateral nephrectomy and is possibly due to both an increase of EGF autocrine and an decrese of urine excretion.
