脑欣口服液对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤谷氨酸、一氧化氮合酶、钙离子影响的实验研究

摘  要:目的:探讨脑欣口服液治疗新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的机理。方法:将50只7d龄SD大鼠随机分为5组,即假手术组、模型组、大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组,每组10只,造模后按要求灌服相同体积的生理盐水和大、中、小剂量的脑欣口服液。结果:模型组与假手术组比较,GLU、NOS、Ca2+含量升高,P<0.05;大剂量组与模型组比较,GLU、NOS、Ca2+含量显著下降,P<0.05;中剂量组与模型组比较,GLU、Ca2+均显著降低,P<0.05;小剂量组与模型组比较,Ca2+水平显著降低,P<0.05。结论:脑欣口服液抑制新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑细胞凋亡的机理与降低GLU、NOS及Ca2+有关。Objective: To explore the effects of Naoxin lotion on the mechanism of new-born white rats with brain injury of hypoxia and ischemia encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Divided 50 SD white rats of 7 days-old into 5 groups of artificial operation, HIE pattern, large dose of Chinese medicine, medium dose of Chinese medicine, and small dose of Chinese medicine, with 10 white rats in one group. Naoxin lotion was fed to them by the same volume of normal salina, from the large, medium and small dose of the group after modeling. Results: Comparison of the pattern with the artificial operation group, P 〈 0. 05. Comparison of the pattern group with the large group, P 〈 0.05. Comparison of the pattern with the medium group, P 〈 0. 05 ( GLU, Ca^2+ ). Comparison of the pattern with the small group, P 〈 0. 05 ( Ca^2+ ). Conclusion : The mechanism of restraining death of brain cell from HIE of new-born white rats by Naoxin lotion is well related with the decreased of GLU, NOS and Ca^2+.
