摘　　要：随着经济和社会的发展,我国土壤环境污染日益严重,探求土壤环境污染的防治措施迫在眉睫。我们认为单纯的技术防治措施或法律规范措施是难以解决土壤环境污染问题的。只有将二者相互结合,实现技术措施的规范化和规范措施的技术化才能有效地解决土壤环境污染问题。With the development of economy and society,soil environmental pollution in our country becomes more and more serious.It is necessary for us to explore the methods of dealing with the soil environment pollution.As far as I am cornered,it is difficult to solve the soil environmental pollution problem with technical or legal measures.Only these two ways are combined with each other,can we solve the environmental pollution problems effectively.
