摘　　要：利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用“壳到实体”、“实体到实体”子模型法,以CW-200转向架构架帽筒焊不透缺陷对结构强度的影响进行了分析,得到了焊缝未焊透缺陷对结构强度的影响规律。With the help of the Finite Element Analysis SOftware-ANSYS, the strength effect of the impermeable welding on some bogie frame is discussed in this paper, which is based on submodel technique. Some regulation is obtained that the impermeable welding makes the structure produce bigger stress in the part.
