H5N1亚型禽流感疫苗对供港鸡免疫效果评价

摘　　要：针对供港活鸡饲养周期长（85日龄～105日龄），禽流感抗体滴度要求高（21／28检测样品抗体滴度需≥4log2）的特点，在原有H5N2疫苗对供港活禽免疫效果不理想的情况下，对哈尔滨兽医研究所研制的H5N1亚型禽流感疫苗进行了免疫效果评估。结果显示，H5N1疫苗免疫效果明显高于原有的H5N2疫苗，初步推荐该禽流感灭活疫苗对供港鸡场的免疫程序为：首免7日龄～10日龄，0．3mL／只，皮下注射；二免45日龄，0．5mL／只，肌肉注射。In order to solve the problem that H5N2 inactived vaccine used before could not satisfy the demands of chickens supplied to Hongkong, the immune result of novel HSN1 vaccine was evaluated and the immune procedure was achieved. The result demonstrated that the novel vaccine induced stronger hemagglutination inhibition antibody titers in chickens. The perfect immune procedure in chickens supplied to Hongkong as following., chickens supplied to Hongkong could vaccine with the first dose of 0.3 mL each at the age 7-day-old to 10-day-old and the second dose of 0.5 mL each at the age of 45-day-old.
