摘 要:鸭疫里氏杆菌病是养鸭业常见的严重的细菌病。药物防治是目前有效措施之一,主要药物有抗生素、合成抗菌药、抗菌肽及中草药等。兽用抗生素中尤以β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、四环素类、氯霉类等四类抗生素对其的作用较强。其中氯霉素类药物氟苯尼考自1998年在国内上市以来,主要用于防治该病,效果良好。氟喹诺酮类药物近20多年在兽医临床应用广泛,但耐药现象日益严重。防治该病应选择或开发较新的药物,如加替沙星、奥比沙星、莫西沙星等;磺胺类药物因安全性低、药物残留严重、抗菌活性无明显优势,已逐步被其他药物所替代;抗菌肽及抗菌中药具有独特的抗菌机理且安全性高,有望成为新一代的抗菌药物应用于本病的防治。Riemerella anatipestifer is one of the frequent major pathogenic bacteria in duck production, can induce high and huge economic loss. One of the available measures is applying medicines such as antibiotics,antibacterial agent, Chinese medicinal herbs. There are four kinds of antibiotics among the all nine group medicines showing potent antibacterial activity against Riememerella anatipestifer, including β- lactam antibiotics, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines and amphenicols. Especially, florfenicol attaching to amphenicols being used as the most important agent to control this disease since 1998 has obtained excellent effect in China. In recent more than twenty years, Fluoroquinolones(FQS) were used widely in veterinary clinical diseases. Meanwhile, drug resistance is also the most serious problem among all antibacterial agents. So only more novel agents can be selected or developed to control this infection, for example gatifloxacin, orbifloxacin, moxifloxacin. There are several obvious defects including low security, large adverse reaction, poor antibiosis activity and residues in vivo for sulfanilamide group, and its compound preparations have been replaced by other antibacterial agents possessing good functions. Many Chinese medicinal herbs and antimicrobial peptides have unique efficacy against Riemerella anatipestifer, so they are expected to be developed for novel antibacterial agents.
