低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射合血府逐淤胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管病后抑郁状态的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管病后抑郁状态的疗效观察。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射配合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗,对照组则采用抗抑郁药物百忧解。用HAMD评分标准和临床总体印象量表(CGI)评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射合血府逐瘀胶囊能有效缓解情感障碍,对控制抑郁状态有显著的疗效。Purpose：To study the curative effects of low intensity He - Ne laser intravaseular irradiation combined with Xue Fuzhuyu Granule therapy on depressive state caused by isehemic cerebrevaseular disease. Method：Sixty cases were randomly divided into two group（30 each ）. The treatment group patients were treated with low Intensity He- Ne laser and Xuefuzhuyu Granule. The conlrol group case only treated by antidepressant of BaiYonjie. Then, we used the hamiton rating scale for de - pression nod clinical global impression to assess the patients. Result：Effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 73.33 %. Therapeutic effects of the first group were markedly highter than those of the second gronp（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The study showed that low intensity He - Ne laser intravascular irradiation combined with Xuefuzhuyu Granule therapy improved affective disorder. There is a significant therapeutic effetc in controlling depressive state.
