细菌性阴道病hBD-2 mRNA表达的变化及微生态制剂、中药对其影响

摘　　要：目的研究细菌性阴道病(BV)患者hBD-2 mRNA表达量的变化和微生态制剂、中药提取物对其的影响。方法将BV患者随机分为4组,即健康对照组(n=10)、BV组(n=10)、微生态制剂治疗组(n=8)和中药治疗组(n=7)。采用RT-PCR半定量法,检测阴道组织hBD-2 mRNA的水平。结果与健康对照组相比,BV组、微生态制剂治疗组和中药提取物治疗组hBD-2 mRNA的水平明显升高(P<0.05);微生态制剂治疗组和中药治疗组hBD-2 mRNA的水平平均分别较BV组增高(P<0.05)。结论微生态制剂和中药对BV患者治疗可以使hBD-2 mRNA表达水平上调,提示其在维系正常妇女生殖道内环境稳定、宿主天然抗感染机制中起着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the changes of the mRNA expression of hBD-2 in the vaginal tissues in the women of bacterial vaginosis, and the effects of the drug, probiotics or Chinese Medicines. Methods Women were divided into four groups, healthy group （n = 10）, B V group （n = 10）, treatment of probiotics group （n = 8 ）, and treatment of Chinese medicines group （n = 7 ）. The level of expression of hBD-2 mRNA was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis. Results Compared with healthy group, the expression of hBD-2 mRNA was significantly increased in BV group, treatment of probiotics group, and treatment of Chinese Medicines group（ P 〈 0.05） ; The expression of hBD-2 mRNA was notably increased in treatment groups than in BV group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of probiotics or Chinese medicines can up-regulate hBD-2 mRNA expression in vaginal tissue, which suggest that probiotics or Chinese medicines may play an important role in human genital tract defense mechanisms.
