摘 要:研究了Milox法竹浆的蒸煮过程及H2O2漂白工艺。对比Milox三段法和两段法对竹浆性能的影响,并且详细讨论了H2O2用量、NaOH浓度、反应时间和温度对漂白反应的影响。在此基础上,把漂白过程分为高速漂白反应、快速漂白反应、缓慢漂白反应三个阶段。采用分段补加H2O2和NaOH的方法,最终确定最佳漂白工艺条件:NaOH用量5g/l,H2O2用量14%,温度95℃,反应时间2h。在此条件下,漂后竹浆白度达到91.26%ISO,聚合度1207,动力粘度15.04mPa·s,α-纤维素含量94.17%,木质素含量0.75%。Research was conducted on the cooking process and hydrogen peroxide bleaching of Milox bamboo pulp. The influence of Milox three-stage process and two-stage process on bamboo pulp performance is compared and the influence of hydrogen peroxide dosage, NaOH concentration, and reaction time and temperature on pulp brightness after bleaching is discussed in the paper. The process of bleaching is divided into high speed bleaching stage, fast bleaching stage and slow bleaching stage on this basis. By adding H2O2 and NaOH separately, the optimal bleaching technological condition was obtained: NaOH concentration 5g/l, H202 dosage 14%, bleaching temperature 95 ℃, bleaching time 2h under this condition, the pulp brightness after bleaching can reach 91.26%ISO with the degree of polymerization of 1207, the viscosity of 15,04mPa. s and the α -cellulose content of 94.17%.
