静脉尿路造影和超声检查对尿路梗阻性病变的诊断评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化成像静脉尿路造影和超声检查对尿路梗阻性病变的诊断价值。方法:42例尿路梗阻性病变患者都进行了数字化成像静脉尿路造影和超声检查,另有4例行逆行尿路造影,并与临床诊断和手术结果对照。结果:42例患者经超声诊断均有不同程度肾盂积水和输尿管扩张,又经静脉尿路造影,其中3例正常,39例也诊断不同程度肾盂积水和输尿管扩张;42例患者的病因包括:输尿管结石17例,先天性异常11例,输尿管结核3例,输尿管癌3例,输尿管良性狭窄2例,外压性改变2例,神经源性膀胱1例。结论:静脉尿路造影和超声检查对尿路梗阻性病变均有较好的诊断价值,两种影像检查方法相结合,为临床治疗和判断预后具有重要意义。Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of intravenious urography and B-ultra sonography in the detecting of urinary obstructive diseases.Methyls： Imaging findings in 42 patients with pathologically- provedurinary obstructive diseases were analyed and compared, intravenious urography and B-ultra sonography were performed in all patients, and additional antidromic urography in 5 cases. Results： Intravenious urography was performed in 42 patients with hydronephrosis and dilated ureter demonstrated on ultrasonography. Of 42 cases, normal intravenious urography finding was seen in 3, and hydronephrosis and dilated ureter was found in 39. The urinary obstructive diseases included ureteral stone（17cases）, ureteral tuberculosis（3 cases）, ureteral carcinoma（3 cases）, congenital malformation（ll cases）, ureteral benign stricture（2 cases）, extrinsic lesions（2 cases）, neurogenic dysfunctions of bladder（ 1 case）. Conclusions： Intravenious urography and B-ultra sonography are very helpful for the diagnosis of urinary obstructive diseases, a combination of imtravenious urography with B-ultra sonography is of great value in selecting proper therapy and discussing prognosis.
