摘　　要：目的:观察左旋卡尼汀(L-Carnitine)对缺血性心脏病心衰患者的临床疗效。方法:40例缺血性心脏病心衰患者(EF<50%),随机分为两组。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用左旋卡尼汀3.0g+10%葡萄糖注射液250ml静点,1次/d,10d为1个疗程。结果:左旋卡尼汀治疗缺血性心衰临床疗效优于对照组,有效率分别是85%和65%。治疗组患者对左旋卡尼汀耐受良好,未见药物相关不良反应。结论:左旋卡尼汀对缺血性心脏病心衰患者心脏功能有改善作用,临床疗效满意,为治疗缺血性心衰患者提供了新的选择。Objective：To observe the effect of L- Carnitine in the treatment of heart failure in ischemic heart disease. Methods： 40 cases of heart failure in ischemic heart disease（EF〈 50 % ）were randomly received routine treatment or L - Carnitine（3.0 g ＋ 10 % GS 250ml/d, iv drip 10d） with routine therapy. Results： The treatment efficiency of L - Carnitine group and control group were 85 % and 65 % respectively. No adverse reactions related to the drug were observed. Concision： L- Carnitine were effective in improving heart function of heart failure in ischemic heart disease. Clinical treatment effect of L - Carnitine were satisfactory, abd it might be a new way to treat heart failure in ischemic heart disease.
