我国林业投融资对策的思考

摘　　要：通过分析我国林业投融资现状及其存在的问题,提出了构建与林业分类经营相匹配的林业新型投融资体制的思路,即公益林业建立制度化的、长期稳定的资金筹集和使用机制,建立简洁高效、低成本的资金管理机制。商品林业则在政府必要的政策扶持下完全融入市场,让市场经济条件下的投融资方式成为商品林业投融资的主要形式。Through analyzing the present situation and the existence question , this article proposed some new ways on the investment and financing of the forestry which matched with the forestry classifying management. Established the mechanism of system and long -term stabilization of fund collection and use in public welfare forest; Establish the fund management system which is highly effectives and low cost. Commercial forest management should completely entered the market by the essential policy support of the government, and made the investment and financing become the main form of commercial forest under the market economy condition.
