痔炎消颗粒润肠通便和止血作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究痔炎消颗粒润肠通便和止血作用。方法选用失水便秘模型法,观察小鼠开始排黑便时间及2 h内排黑便数;选用小肠炭末推进试验法,观察小鼠小肠炭末推进率;选用玻片法和出血时间测定法,测定小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间。结果痔炎消颗粒对失水便秘模型小鼠开始排黑便时间显著快于对照组(P<0.05),2 h内排黑便数显著多于对照组(P<0.01),可显著促进小鼠小肠炭末推进率(P<0.01),可不同程度缩短小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间。结论痔炎消颗粒有润肠通便和止血作用,对痔疮有较好的治疗作用。Aim To investigate the effects of zhiyanxiao keli on defecation and hemostasis. Methods Defecation of water loss model was used to observe the beginning time of defecation and record the times of defecating melena during two hours. Charcoal driving in small intestine was used to observe the percentage of pushing carbonic powder in small intestine. Slides test and bleeding time test were used to measure BT and clotting time of mice. Results Zhiyanxiaokeli obviously decreased the time of defecation and increased the times of defecating melena in two hours. It also obviously promoted pushing carbonic powder in small intestine, as well as decreased the time of bleeding and clotting. Conclusion Zhiyanxiao keli can defecate and effect hemostasis,and may have good therapeutic effect on haemorrhoids.
