敏定偶治疗青春期功能性子宫出血54例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨敏定偶在治疗青春期功血中的临床疗效和安全性。方法54例青春期功血患者分为2组。子宫不规则过多出血组34例,口服敏定偶,每12 h1次,每次1片,待血止后继续服药20 d。子宫不规则出血组20例,流血期口服敏定偶,每12h1次,每次1片,血止后改为每日1次,每次1片,连服20 d。两组54例患者,均于月经来潮第5 d起口服敏定偶,每日1次,每次1片,连服21 d。连续用药3个周期为一个疗程。结果子宫不规则过多出血组,口服敏定偶72 h内阴道出血均停止。使用敏定偶1个疗程调经治疗,临床治愈率73.53%。子宫不规则出血组,口服敏定偶48 h内均血止。通过敏定偶1个疗程调经治疗,临床冶愈率80.00%。结论敏定偶适用于各种类型的青春期功血的治疗,止血迅速,疗效确切,使用方便,安全可靠。Aim To discuss the clinical curative effect and security of Minulet used to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB） in adolescence. Method 54 pubertal DUB patients were divided into 2 groups, including 34 patients with symptom of irregular, excessive bleeding of uterine,who were given 1 tablet of Minulet per 12 hour;20 patients with symptom of irregular bleeding,who were given 1 tablet of Minulet per 12 hour when bleeding and ltabtet per day for 20 days since bleeding stopped. Both of the two groups take in 1 tablet of Minulet per day since the fifth day of menstrual period for 21days. One course of treatment consists of 3 consecutive menstrual period. Result The group of irregular excessive bleeding of uterine stopped bleeding 72 hours since they took in drugs. The rate of clinical healing was 73.53% after 1 course of treatment. The group of irregular bleeding of uterine all stopped bleeding 48 hours since they took medicine. And the clinical healing rate of this group was 80.00% after 1 course of treatment. Conclusion Minulet is an effective, safe drug which is applicable for all types of DUB in adolescence period.
