可吸收螺钉内固定治疗髋臼并股骨头骨折16例观察

摘　　要：目的：介绍可吸收螺钉内固定治疗髋臼并股骨头骨折．方法：采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗．结果：可吸收螺钉内固定治疗16例髋臼并股骨头骨折，术后随访3～11个月，平均7个月．平均手术时间为1小时20分钟，术中平均出血量为300ml，按D’Aubigue-Postel评分法，本组病例随访，优10例，良4例，中2例，优良率为87．1％．结论：可吸收螺钉内固定治疗髋臼并股骨头骨折具有较好的实用价值．Objective：Introducing a method of internal fixation with absorbable screw treating fracture of acetabulum and femoral head. Methods： Internal fixation with absorbable screw was applied. Results： 16 cases of fracture of acetabulum and femoral head were treated with this method. The average time of operation was 1 hours and 20 minutes, and the average blood loss was 300 ml. All patients were followed. Mean duration of follow- up was 7（3-11） months. According to the criteria of D＇ Aubigue- Postel, the curative effect of 10 cases was excellent, that of 4 cases good and that of 2 cases common. The excellent and good rate was 87.1%. Conclusion： The effect of this method was good and practical.
