摘  要:目的:寻找一种合适的三七总皂苷缓释微球的体外释放度测定方法。方法:采用直接释药法与透析释药法测定三七总皂苷缓释微球在pH=7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液与0.1mol.L-1的盐酸溶液中释放度。结果:直接释药法可反映微球的体外释放情况。结论:直接释药法是最适合模拟三七总皂苷缓释微球体外释放度的方法。Objective : To search a proper method for the determination of in vitro release of saponins of panax notoginseng sustained- release micro- spheres. Methods: Immediate release and dialysis release methods were used to determine the in vitro release rate of aponins of panax notoginseng micro - spheres in pH = 7.4 buffer phosphate and 0. 1 mol ~ L- 1HCL solution. Results : Immediate release method can reflect in vitro release of micro - spheres. Conclusion: Immediate release method is the best method to be used to determine the in vitro release of saponins of panax notoginseng from micro - spheres.
