摘 要:目的对降香CO2超临界萃取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用CO2超临界萃取法和GC-MS联用分析技术对萃取物进行分析,并用峰面积归一化法测定各化合物的相对含量。结果分离出52种化学成分,其中相对百分含量大于15%的组分有3个,分别鉴定为橙花叔醇、2,4-二甲基-2,4-庚二烯醛、2,4-二甲基-2,6-庚二烯醛。结论3种挥发性成分占超临界萃取物气化产物的82.544%。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of supercritical extraction products from Dalbergiae odoriferae. Methods Carbon dioxide was used for supercritical extraction and GC-MS was used to analyze the extracts. The relative content of each compounds were determined by spectrum-peak normalization method. Results Fifty-two components were separated from the extracts of Dalbergiae odoriferae. Three compounds were identified by GC-MS spectra database as nerolidol, 2,4-dimethyl-2,4-heptadienal and 2, 4-dimethyl-2,6-heptadienal. Their relative content were above 15%. Conclusion Three compounds consist of 82.5% of the volatile oil.
