摘　　要：目的考察咳特灵胶囊中总黄酮含量,评价制剂质量。方法以芦丁为对照品,500 nm波长处用比色法测总黄酮含量。结果不同的厂家和同一厂家不同批号之间的总含量有差异。结论建议修订咳特灵胶囊标准时增加总黄酮的含量测定。Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in Keteling capsules, Method Flavonoids were analyzed by visible spectrophotometry using rutin as the control, The detection wavelength was 500 nm. Results There were differences in flavonoids contents between factories and batches. Conclusion It is necessary to test the total flavonoids for quality control of Keteling capsules.
