摘 要:利用型内感应加热工艺铸造复合磨辊;针对磨辊高铬铸铁层在耐磨试验机上进行了磨料磨损试验;对不同形态的碳化物对基体的保护作用与碳化物的剥离进行了相关的分析。结果表明载荷在45N以下,磨损较为缓慢,当载荷超过45N时,磨损急剧加剧,这是由于在较大载荷的作用下碳化物开始脱离基体,使基体失去高硬度碳化物的保护和磨损机制的改变而造成的。高载荷增加到45N时,“尺寸较小”的碳化物首先剥离基体,载荷继续增大,“尺寸较大”的碳化物也剥离基体并有碎裂现象。这就要求磨辊高铬铸铁中的碳化物要分布均匀,尺寸也要合适。The compound grinding roll is cast with in-mold induction heating technique. The high chromium cast iron layer of the grinding roll is made abrasion test on the abrasion tester. The protective action of different form carbide to the base and the denudation of the carbide are made analysis. The result shows that the abrasion weakens while the load is under 45N and the abrasion quickens greatly while the load is over 45N, this is because the carbide desquamate from the base under the heavier load, thus the base lose the protection of high hardness carbide so as to the abrasion mechanism alters. While the heavy load adds to 45N, the carbide with smaller dimension firstly desquamates from the base, as the load increasing, the carbide with bigger dimension desquamates consequently and breaks. So it is demanded that the carbide in high chromium cast iron for grinding roll should be distributed evenly and suitable size.
