摘 要:采用固相反应法合成了La2-xBaCuO4系列材料并考察了其氧渗透性能。采用XRD、碘量法和透氧测定等手段对它们进行了表征。结果表明,在x=0~0.3的范围内,所有样品均保持K2NiF4型的结构。随着Ba掺杂量的增大,晶体结构从富氧型转变为缺氧型。材料晶体中CuO2晶面的空穴浓度(p)对其透氧性能有重要作用,材料的透氧量随P值的增加而增大。The La2-xBa, CuO4 samples were synthesized by solid state method and were investigated for use as oxygen permeation membranes. It was found that all the samples were able to form KzNiF4 structure with the x value between 0 and 0, 3. With the increase of Ba addition, the crystal structure changes from having extra oxygen to having oxygen vacancy. The concentration of holes in the CuO2 sheet is essential to the oxygen permeability of the materials, and the oxygen flux increase with the increase of the hole concentration.
