摘　　要：白振华先生,1947年生于新加坡,1988年至2001年任新加坡国会议员,曾任新加坡政府国会教育委员会副主席和新闻与艺术委员会副主席。他活跃新加坡政坛13年,从事社区和政治活动长达25年,荣获新加坡共和国总统颁赐的公共服务奖章。白先生现任美国投资基金集团主席、新加坡胜利书业集团董事经理、新加坡华德集团主席,是中国人民的老朋友与好朋友。白先生时常撰写政治和经济方面的文章,对中国政治经济、海峡两岸问题、新中两国的友好关系和新加坡政治经济问题发表独到的看法。2006年9月和12月,我校政治与管理科学学院教授孙景峰博士就人民行动党与新加坡政治问题两次对白先生进行了访谈,为我们了解人民行动党与新加坡政治提供了第一手材料。在此刊出,供对新加坡感兴趣的各界人士参考。Peh Chin-hua, born in Singapore in 1947, served as the - Member of Parliament of Singapore from 1988 to 2001 and vice president of Education Commission and News and Art Committee managed by Singapore government. Enlivened in the filed of Singapore politics about 13 years and engaged in the community and political matter about 25 years, He has gotten Public Service Medal awarded by Singaporean President. Now Peh Chin-hua, who holds the position of the chairman of Investment Funds Group of USA, Managing Director of Victory Publisher of Singapore and the chairman of Hua De Group of Singapore, is the good friend of Chinese people. Mr. Peh often writes articles to issue unique view in the political and economical aspect, such as China＇s politics and economy, the reunification of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits,the friendly relations between China and Singapore and Singapore＇s politics and economy. In September and December of 2006, Dr. Sun Jing-feng, the Professor of Politics and Management Science college of Henan Normal University, conducted the conversation twice with Peh Chin-hua on the PAP and Singaporean political issues, which provided the firsthand information about the PAPS and Singaporean politics. This article is given to the scholars focusing on Singapore for reference.
