摘　　要：日益突出的食品安全问题已经影响到了我国的经济发展。介绍了EAN.UCC系统中的EAN128条码,并结合其特点应用于食用农产品的生产、流通、销售各环节,为食用农产品供应链提供有效的信息标识,从而建立紧随其物流的信息流,帮助缓解食品安全问题。Progressive foodsafe problems have had a negative effect on the economic development of China. This article introduces EAN128 barcode from EAN.UCC system and the application of this barcode in farm production, food circulation and retail distribution. This application provides effective information marks for food supply chain so as to establish the information flow accompanying the physical distribution and relieve the foodsafe problem.
