摘　　要：以减少锻件飞边体积为优化目标,对一款车门铰链的热锻成形过程进行了数值模拟研究,优化成形工艺,减少飞边体积,提高锻件的质量。The material saving in forging process is very important, the material saving of the forging is used as the optimization objective for the vehicle door hinge as the result, two deform craft were developed based on the simulation. The optimization resuit is very satisfactory.
