摘 要:采用Fe—C内电解法结合Fenton氧化处理硝基苯类制药废水,通过试验考察了pH、反应时间、Fe/C、H2O2投加量的影响,确定反应的最佳工艺条件,并根据试验结果提出了反应动力学方程。试验结果表明出水COD去除率达到43%~48%,硝基苯去除率85%~90%,处理效果比传统内电解法提高了40%~60%,同时该方法可以降低电极钝化的不利影响,提高内电解反应运行的稳定性。Fe - C inner electrolytic process together with Fenton oxidation was extensive studied in treating nitrobenzene pharmaceutical wastewater, pH, reaction time, Fe/C ratio and additional amount of H202 were investigated by experiment to determine the optimal condition of reaction, then dynamics model was put out according to the test resuits. According to the test results, it was found that COD removal and nitrobenzene removal could be 43% -48% and 85% -90% respectively, improving 40% - 60% than conventional method. In this process, disadvantage of electrode passivation could be lessened and operating stability could be improved.
