摘 要:本工作利用^(60)Coγ射线辐射硫化含添加剂的硅橡胶体系,通过改变辐射硫化条件,制备了抗张强度为11.40 MPa,抗撕强度为42.03 kN/m的无引发剂残余碎片的新型高强度硅橡胶。 本文研究了辐射条件对硫化硅橡胶的凝胶分数、交联规律和交联网格分子量的影响。实验结果获得了辐射硫化硅橡胶的断裂比率与交联比率的比值(p_0/q_0为0.22)、初始凝胶剂量(D_g为800Gy)和交联G值9.1。In this work, the silicone rubbers of the containing additives werevulcanized by ^(60)Co gamma ray radiation. Novel high strength silicone rubbers wereprepared under varying vulcanization conditions. The tensile strength and the tearingstrength of the silicone rubbers were 11. 40 Mpa and 42. 03 kN/m, respectively. The effect of the radiation condition on the gel fraction, crosslinking regulation,and the network molecular weight were studied. The ratio of the probability of chainscission to the probability of crosslinking (p_0/q_0). the initial gel dose (D_g),and cros-slinking G value were 0. 22, 0.8 kGy, and 9.1, respectively. For extensive application, study of high strength silicone rubber has great signi-ficance.
