摘  要:针对电流小信号采集中存在噪声干扰的问题,采用高线性度模拟光耦HCNR201设计了电流信号隔离采集板。介绍了HC-NR201的工作原理,设计了隔离采集板的硬件电路,分析了信号的变换过程、理论依据和参数选择。实验结果证明该设计正确可用,具有较高的采集精度和线性度,在对稳定性、测量精度要求高的场合具有广泛的应用前景。Aiming at the noise jamming problems in acquisition of small current signals, an isolation and acquisition board for current signal is designed based on HCNR201 high-linearity analog optical coupler. The operational principle of HCNR201 is introduced. The hardware circuit of the isolation acquisition board is designed, the transformation of signal, theoretical foundation and parameter selection are analyzed. Experimental results prove that the design is feasible, with higher acquisition precision and linearity. It has a broad applicative prospect under the conditions requiring high stability and measuring precision.
