重症胰腺炎合并肺损伤36例临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨重症胰腺炎合并肺损伤的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月～2006年1月收治的重症胰腺炎36例的临床资料。结果本组病人均合并有不同程度的呼吸功能障碍。其中,急性肺损伤29例,急性呼吸窘迫综合征7例。治愈35例,死亡1例。结论急性肺损伤和/或急性呼吸窘迫综合征是重症胰腺炎病人较早发生的严重并发症。严密监测、及时治疗可改善其预后。Objective To explore the treatment of lung injury in severe acute panereatitis （SAP）. Methods The clinical data of 36 eases of SAP from 2002 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All SAP eases in this group were complicated with lung injury（ALI 29/36, ARDS 7/ 36）to varying degrees. One of them was died and the remaining 35 eases were cured. Conclusion ALI/ARDS is the an early and severe complication of SAP.
