摘　　要：为脱除氨水中的水分,利用蒸馏原理扩建蒸氨系统。介绍了蒸氨系统的工艺流程;对主要工艺参数进行了物料衡算和热量衡算;确定了蒸氨塔的内径、塔板浮阀数和理论塔板数,对设计中工艺过程可能出现的问题进行了讨论。In order to remove the water content in ammonia water, ammonia evaporation system, which utilized the distillation principle, was expanded, process flow was introduced for ammonia evaporation system; material ＆ heat balance calculations were made for main process parameters; inside di- ameter of ammonia evaporation tower was determined, tray floating valves quantities, theoretical tray quantities and the possibly existing problems in process flow were discussed.
