摘 要:构造基于全混流和交叉流反应器的反应器网络超结构,并建立优化模型,优化模型由复杂的高度非线性的微分/代数方程所构成。本文采用有限元正交配置法离散化微分方程的策略来简化超结构数学模型,将离散化所得的代数方程组与其它约柬条件一起,作为反应器网络超结构的数学模型,然后运用数学软件优化求解。实例研究表明,优化结果与文献相一致或优于文献,表明离散化法求解含有微分模型方程的反应器网络综合问题是有效的。A superstructure based on continuous stirred-tank reactor and cross flow reactor was constructed and also the optimization model for the superstructure which is composed of complex nonlinear differential and algebraic equations is established. To avoid the solving difficulties of the optimal problem, the orthogonal collocation on finite element (OCFE) discretization approach was used to transform the differential mathematic model into a serial of NLP algebraic equations, which together with other constraints can then be solved using optimization software. Accordig to the example studies, it can be concluded that the optimization results by the discretization method are consistent with or better than the results of the literature. Thus the OCFE discretization method is effective for solving the reactor network synthesis problem involving differential equations.
