摘  要:应用多组分精馏原理,从设计角度对精馏装置运行的不稳定故障进行诊断,考察了回流比、回收率、进料温度和热状态对塔的加料位置和实际塔板数的影响;同时应用正交设计优化各工艺条件。方案为A501塔分离任务仍不变,将A502塔的高度由原来的2.2米增加到12米,加料板位置调整在8.5 m高度处;塔前增加一台换热器,控制进料温度150℃。操作数据证明:故障判断准确,处理有效,获得了较好的经济效益。Multi-compositions distillation column was diagnosed on the basis of principles of distillation. The relations were studied that ratio of reflux, rate of recover, temperature of input-material and hot-state effect on the input-material place and amount of column plate. The optimization was researched with method of orthogonal design. The optimization results were as below: The separating job of column A501 did not vary. The height of column A502 changed from original 2.2 m to 12 m. The input-material plate was located in the 8.5 m height of column. One heat booster was added in front of the column. The temperature of input material was controlled at 150℃. The conclusion demonstrates: Failure-diagnosis was right and economic benefit was good.
