摘  要:目的:观察急性肺损伤(ALI)患者血浆中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及相关指标的改变,并探讨其临床意义。方法:检测34例ALI患者多时间点血浆中VEGF、内皮素-1(ET-1)和循环内皮细胞(CEC)的含量,并设健康对照组。结果:ALI组入院当天血浆VEGF、EY-1和CEC均显著升高(P<0.01),并持续5d;血浆VEGF较早升高且幅度较大[入院当天(114.56±38.79)ng/L,入院第2天达高峰(137.38±49.94)ng/L,较对照组(42.32±14.51)ng/L显著增高(P<0.01)];并与其他指标有较好的相关性。结论:在治疗ALI时降低血浆中VEGF和ET-1的水平,有利于控制ALI患者的病情。Objective:To observe the plasma level of vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF) and the related parameters in patients with acute lung injury (ALI) and to investigate its clinical s ignificance. Methods:VEGF, endothelin-1 (ET-1), and circulating endothelial cell (CEC) values were measured respectively at various interval time in 34 patients diagnosed as ALl, whereas health persons were regarded as control group. Results: Plasma VEGF, ET-1, and CEC values were increased at the day of admission and lasted for 5 days (P〈0. 01). Plasma VEGF value was (114. 56±38. 79) ng/L at the admission day, and (137. 38 ± 49. 94 ng/L) at the 2nd day of hospitalization, which was elevated earlier and higher than that in the control group (42. 32 ± 14. 51 ng/L) significantly (P〈0. 01), and VEFG level was well correlated with the other parameters. Conclusions: It is beneficial to decrease the plasma VEGF and ET-1 for controlling the disease in patients with ALI during the treatment.
