摘 要:用PP-g-MMA作为增容剂对PVC/PP共混体系进行改性。用紫外光辐照接枝的方法在聚丙烯(PP)上接枝极性单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA);讨论了光照时间、单体用量和光敏剂用量对接枝率的影响,用IR对接枝产物进行了表征。结果表明,加入增容剂显著改善了PVC/PP共混体系的力学性能,并且改善了PVC的加工性。扫描电镜(SEM)分析也表明增容剂对共混体系有很好的增容作用。PVC/PP blending system is modified by PP-g-PMMA as compatibilizer, for preparing the latter, using polar MMA to graft on PP, which is carried out by using UV radiation. It is also discussed that graft rate is affected by radiation time, use-amount of monomer and initiator, the grafted blend is characterized by IR. Results showed that the mechanical properties and processibility of PVC/PP blends are improved by adding compatibilizer, The SEM also proved that the compatibilizer has good effect compatible on extending the PVC/PP blends.
