摘 要:采用两步法合成了同时具备磁性和光催化性的Co/N-TiO2核壳型多功能复合材料,Co/N-TiO2核壳型多功能复合材料中钴核粒径约为150nm,而N-TiO2壳层厚度约为200nm。紫外-可见漫反射光谱表明氮掺杂后TiO2的禁带宽度降为2.91eV,TiO2吸收带产生了的红移,在400~600nm的范围内有了明显的吸收;磁性检测结果显示Co/N-TiO2是铁磁性的,其饱和磁化强度Ms=37.5emu·g^-1,剩余磁化强度Mr=10.4emu·g^-1,矫顽力为143.2Oe。用所制备的Co/N-TiO2作为光催化剂,在可见光的照射下光催化降解碱性品红6h后,碱性品红可完全脱色,24h后COD去除率可达79.4%。A multi-functional composite, Co/N-TiO2 with core-shell structure was synthesized by two-step process. The average particle size of the cobalt core and the thickness of the N-TiO2 shell were about 150 nm and 250 nm respectively. Doping of N into TiO2 resulted in the decrease in the band gap of TiO2, which could obviously expand the absorption region of TiO2 from UV region to Vis region. The room-temperature hysteresis loop of the Co/N-TiO2 showed ferromagnetic behaviors, and Ms ( saturation magnetization) , Mr ( remnant magnetization), coercivity was 37.5 emu·g^-1, 10.4 emu·g- 1143.2Oe respectively. The Co/N-TiO2 catalyst could effectively degrade basic violet under visible irradiation, decolorization ratio of basic violet could reach 100% at reaction time of 6 h and the ODD removal could reach 79.4% at reaction time of 24 h. It was found that the Co/N-TiO2 catalyst could be easily recycled by a external magnet, and Co/N-TiO2 was rather stable against catalyst poison.
