摘　　要：江苏省南北经济发展水平客观上存在很大的差距,已经成为制约全省经济协调发展的重要因素。为了加强苏中、苏北地区的发展,缩小省域内部南北发展差距,从区域协调发展的紧迫性及现实意义出发,论述了“三沿”战略的背景及其理论依据,分析了“三沿”战略在江苏省区域发展中的地位与作用,并提出实现江苏省区域协调发展的主要对策与措施。The regional gap between the Southem Jiangsu and the Northem Jiangsu became the key element which restrained the coordinated development of Jiangsu Province. In order to accelerate the pace of development of Suzhong and Subei Regions and reduced the regional gap in Jiangsu Province. On the basis of regional situation, this paper discussed the strategic background and the basis of theory, analyzed the position and the function of＂ sanyan＂ strategy in the development of the Jiangsu Province. Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures for the regional coordinated development of Jiangsu Province
