换档离合器瞬态温度数值模拟

摘　　要：针对引起自动变速箱换档离合器摩擦片失效的主要原因——接合过程中摩擦片滑动摩擦发热,建立摩擦片的二维传热模型,详细分析换档离合器接合过程中热传导二维温度场的各种边界条件,应用Peacemn-Rachford有限差分法对换档离合器二维温度场进行计算机模拟,并对结果进行分析与讨论,为换档离合器的设计及研究提供理论依据。A two dimension mathematical model is developed which is used to calculate thermal field of the shifting clutch in the automatic transmission, the results are calculated by finite differential method and the theoretical basis for designing and updating of the shifting clutch in the automatic transmission is proposed by the analysis and discussion.
