摘　　要：鸡产蛋下降综合征（ＥＤＳ－７６）Ｈ９１－１疫苗株ＨＡ效价受接种种毒的浓度和收获时间、鸡红细胞浓度、ＨＡ反应温度、灭活用甲醛溶液浓度、灭活尿囊液存放时间等因素影响。HA titre of EDS -76 H 91 is affected by some factors,such as inoculation concentration and inocubation time,concentration of chicken red blood cell for dectetion,HA reaction temperature,concentration of formalin inactivated allantoic fluid,the preserve period of inactivated allantoic fluid,etc. The methods of increasing HA titre of EDS -76 H 91 are analyzed.
