摘　　要：纤维支气管镜在ICU病人应用的优点;并总结了应用纤维支气管镜的准备、配合工作以及纤维支气管镜的清洁、消毒、保养、维护。认为良好的护理是纤维支气管镜应用成功的保障。It expatiated the advantages of bronchofibroscope for patients applied for patients in ICU. It summarized the preparation and cooperation of applying bronchofibroscope and the cleaning, disinfection, maintenance, and attendance of hronchofibroscope. It considered that good nursing care may ensure the success of application of bronchofibroscope.
