摘　　要：人类基因组单体型图是构建人类DNA序列中多态位点的常见模式图,其预期成果将成为人们确定对人类健康和疾病,以及对药物和环境反应有影响的相关基因的关键信息,并有助于加速相关诊断工具的开发。本文将就人类基因组单体型图在人类常见病相关性基因研究中的应用进行综述。The haplotype map of the human genome is a common model of constructing polymorphism loci in human DNA sequencs. Its expected achievements will be a critical information for identifying the associated gene with human health and disease, drugs and surrounding reaction. It will help to promote the development of diagnostic tools. Here we would review the application Of haplotype map for genetic association study of human common disease.
