摘　　要：本文应用模糊理论中的模糊关系和模糊转换法来处理专家群体对于电子资源绩效评价指标的重要性程度的问卷调查和数据分析，以基于重心的解模糊化方法确定模糊权重值，充分地利用专家所给的评判信息。最后将电子资源绩效指标的模糊权重结果与传统似妒法和特征值法的结果进行了分析比较，证实此方法的有效性。The concepts of Fuzzy relation and Fuzzy transformation in the Fuzzy theory is applied in gathering and analysing the survey information of the experts group questionnaires for the weightiness of the electronic resources measuring indicators in this paper. Using the method of Center of Gravity Defuzzification to figure out the fuzzy weights and utilizing the reasonable evaluation information from the experts group will improve the reliability of the final evaluation. Finally, we compared the fuzzy weights with the AHP weights and BP NN arithmetic outcome, and come to a conclusion that the application study is validity.
