摘  要:利用热重(TG)及热重-傅立叶变换红外光谱联用仪(TG-FTIR)对高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)的热降解特性进行研究。结果表明,HPVC的热降解分为两个阶段:第一阶段以HCl的脱除为主,表观活化能较高;第二阶段则表现为碳链裂解反应。采用Jin Woo Park法研究HPVC的热降解动力学,计算热降解动力学参数。结果发现,在HPVC热降解的第一阶段,表观活化能随着失重分数的增加先降低后增加,第二阶段的表观活化能随着失重分数的增加而增加。The thermal decomposition performance of highly polymerized polyvinyl chloride (HPVC) was studied by TG and TG-FTIR techniques. The results showed that the thermal decomposition mechanism of HPVC and conventional PVC was basically the same, and two steps were involved: the removal of chlorine in the form of HCl mainly happened in the first step;cracking of carbon chain reactions dominated the second step. The thermal decomposition kinetics of HPVC was studied by Jin Woo Park method and parameters related with the thermal decomposition kinetics were calculated. The results showed that the trend of change in apparent activation energy (AAE) with the weight loss rate was various for these two steps: decrease of AAE followed by increase with weight loss in step 1,and steady increase of AAE in step 2.
