摘 要:研究了硼酸盐及四硼酸钠与有机物复配后在水介质中的极压性能变化规律,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱(EDX)分析了磨斑表面形貌和元素组成。结果表明,四硼酸钠与一元醇或含有(CH2CH2O)n结构的有机物复配后,可大幅提高其烧结负荷(PD),而与多羟基化合物复配时,PD值降低。表面分析结果表明,四硼酸钠和有机物与金属表面反应生成极压膜的速度和强度决定了PD值的大小。Extreme pressure performance of borates, sodium tetraborate and potassium tetraborate, and sodium tetraborate compounded with organic substances was studied in aqueous solution. The morphologic character of the worn spot was analyzed by SEM and EDX. The results showed that the sintering load (PD)of borate aqueous solution was increased significantly by adding monohydric alcohol or organic substances having (CH2CH2O)n structure; yet adding compounds with hydroxyl group reduced the PD Value. As shown by the worn surface analysis results,the borate-organic complex like lubricants could react with the metal near the surface under extreme pressure conditions to form a protection film,and the PD Value was related to the rate of the film formation and the strength of the formed film.
