摘　　要：稳定、充足的资金支持是职业体育俱乐部得以发展的重要前提.目前,融资难问题是制约我国职业体育俱乐部发展的最大掣肘.在考察我国职业体育俱乐部融资困境的基础上,尝试引入资产证券化模式,以期为我国职业体育俱乐部的发展引入一种新观念,缓解和解决我国职业体育俱乐部的融资难题,从而促进我国职业体育俱乐部的可持续发展.The ample and stable financial support is an important precondition of the development sional physical clubs. Now the difficulties in financing are an impediment of the development of professional physical clubs. With the study of problems in financing, it was introduced a new model of converting assets into securities to guide the fine and sustainable development of professional physical clubs.
