摘　　要：深入实施科技兴贸战略是新时期福建省由贸易大省向贸易强省迈进的必由之路。围绕分析科技兴贸运行特征,本文尝试构造其宏观及微观理论模型,简要分析现阶段福建省科技兴贸工作现状及其存在的主要问题,并提出一系列旨在促进科技兴贸机制良性运转的对策和建议。Carrying on the strategy of science ＆ technology developing trade is a necessary way for Fujian from large quantity trade to power quality trade in the new period. According to the characteristics of the science ＆ technology developing trade, the macro and micro theoretical models were built up to analyze the current situation and problems of science ~ technology developing trade in Fujian. At last, a series of countermeasures were put forward to advance the operating of the science ＆ technology developing trade mechanism.
