摘　　要：阐述电容储能式点焊机控制器的组成及控制原理．该控制器采用光耦可控硅，简化触发电路，用单向变压器升压，替代常规三相半控整流桥。This paper introduces the construction and principle of controller of condenser type spot welder.The controller uses optical thyristor to simplify trigger circuits,uses single phase transformer to replace three phase half control rectifier bridge and uses non contact switches to prolong service life.
