摘　　要：文章基于Costas阵列寻找困难而判定容易的事实,结合Costas阵列构造一个电子现金支付模块,从而提高了整个系统的安全性能。It＇s difficult to search for a costas array but easy to check whether a permutation matrix is a costas array. In the light of this fact, we have constructed an E-cash module combined with costas arrays and thus enhanced the whole system＇s security.
