摘  要:以干燥的银杏叶为原料,采用酶法结合水提醇沉法提取其中的活性物质-银杏叶多糖(ginkgobiloba leaf polysaccharide GBLP)。通过单因素实验及正交试验研究了料液比、温度、时间及浸提次数对银杏叶多糖提取率的影响,从而确定了提取银杏叶多糖的提取工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,浸提时间2h,料液比1∶15,浸提次数3次,纤维素酶0.5%,在提取液真空浓缩至原体积1/10的基础上,用3倍体积的无水乙醇进行沉淀,真空干燥,银杏叶多糖得率4.826%。The paper used dried ginkgo biloba leaf as raw material to extract polysaccharides of ginkgo biloba leaf by method of Water - extracting and Alcohol - depositing. We studied effects temperature, period, solid - liquid, extractive times on extractive ratio of GBLP by One - way and Orthogonaltests. The experiment was first done on single factors. Then the orthogonal layout L9 (3^4) was used. Results shown optimal parameters of extraction technology were: temperature was 90℃, period was 2h, solid - liquid was 1 : 15, 3 times. We could use 3 times volume of alcohol ( 〉95% ) to deposit polysaccharides on the basis of concentrating extraction solution to one tenth. , the yield of polysaccharides of ginkgo biloba leaf reachs 4. 826% .
