摘　　要：目的通过对腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗后的随访观察,评价其治疗效果。方法回顾性分析自1995至2005年手术治疗的患者240例,按照MacNab分级标准评定术后疗效。结果196名患者获得随访,平均时间22个月(2～120个月)疗效优103例,占总人数的的52%,良71例,占总人数的36%,可11例,占总人数的6%,差11例,占总人数的6%。优良率达到88%。结论腰椎间盘切除术治疗椎间盘突出症中远期效果肯定。Objective To evaluate the curative effect on lumber disc herniation,throngh following up the patients who receive discectomy. Methods Studied the 240 pactients from 1995 to 2005 ,Evaluate he curative effect according to MacNab standard. Results 196 patients were followed up ,average duration was 22 months （2-120months）,the result showed excellent in 62 cases, good in 43 cases, fair in 9 cases,poor in 6 cases.The excellent and good rate was 88%. Conclusion The curative effect of discectomy on lumber disc herniation is positive.
